Shipping and Delivery

Products will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours(excluding Sundays and public holidays) after the purchase is done. Order before 3 pm for same-day shipping. We provide 2 types of shipping

  1. Free Shipping (for orders above Rs 300) – Delivery of products in 5-6 business days depending on the location. (Next day delivery available for places within Tamilnadu)
  2. Express Shipping  РDelivery in 2-3 business days

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping orders above Rs. 300. A flat shipping charge of Rs 50/- is levied on each order below Rs. 300.

Express Shipping – Flat charge of Rs 100

However, some product which will be dispatched from the external warehouse-like food products, for which shipping charge of Rs 60 will apply

The shipping charges levied on your shopping bag is clearly mentioned at the time of check-out. The shipping charges are non-refundable at the time of return/exchange/cancellation of the order. The Shipping Policy is subject to change anytime, without prior information. You are therefore recommended to review the policies from time to time. However, the terms and points of the policy applicable will be the ones that were there at the time you placed the order.

Cash On Delivery

Cash On Delivery (COD) facility is available at the charge of Rs. 49 per order. COD orders will be dispatched only after confirmation by SMS or WhatsApp messenger.

Hidden Charges

You pay exactly the amount you are intimated at the time of checking-out. No other hidden charges will be asked at the time of delivery.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship products to international locations but the service will be started soon.

Tracking Packages

Tracking number and courier information will be provided to you by WhatsApp or SMS once the item is dispatched. In case you are unable to track the package, please write a mail to us at shoponline@greentikki.com or Whatsapp us +91 8825739743, and we will sort the issue within 24 hours.

Non-availability on Delivery

The courier services make two delivery attempts before dispatching back the package to the original source. It is recommended that you provide all your contact details accurately, especially the mobile number, so that the courier company may contact you once before making the delivery attempt and ensure your availability at the time.
