Return Policy

Greentikki allows a return of products within 7 days from the product delivery date. Return is quite easy and simple now.  You can cancel your order only if it has not been dispatched from our warehouse. For this, you can Whatsapp us at +91 8825739743 or drop a mail at shoponline@greentikki.com. If the order has already been shipped from our warehouse, the return policy is as follows.

Case 1: Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered

  1.  If you have received a damaged product or the wrong item, please drop us an e-mail at shoponline@greentikki.com or Whatsapp +918825739743.
  2. We will arrange for reverse pickup and notify you.
  3. Pass the product to the shipping company.
  4. Once the item is received in our warehouse it will go through the health check and if the product passes the test, the full amount will be refunded back to the bank account using which the purchase was done.
  5. For customers who purchased by cash on delivery please provide us your account details for rending the amount.

Case 2: Change of mind / Not satisfied with the product

  1.  You might not like the product for some reason and wish to return it, please drop us an e-mail at shoponline@greentikki.com or Whatsapp +918825739743.
  2. You have to send the item back to the return address specified in the package.
  3. Once the item is received in our warehouse it will go through the health check and if the product passes the test, *a flat charge of 50 will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the bank account using which the purchase was done.
  4. For customers who purchased by cash on delivery please provide us your account details for refunding the amount.

Case 3: Want a different size or color

  1.  We always recommend to check the size chart before making the purchase, But in any case, if you need a bigger or smaller size. please drop us an e-mail at shoponline@greentikki.com or Whatsapp +918825739743.
  2. You have to send the item back to the return address specified in the package.
  3. Once the item is received in our warehouse it will go through the health check and if the product passes the test, a *flat charge of 50 will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the bank account using which the purchase was done.

  5. You can make a fresh purchase on our website.
